Three things a stock room needs to know

What is there, what is about to expire or be recalled, and what was actually used. Armaria answers all three without a clipboard.

Know what you have

One crate of ten boxes, five in warehouse A and five in warehouse B, twenty items a box, ten of them now on a shelf in theatre: Armaria shows stock by product, warehouse, location, purchase order and lot, all at once.

Never miss an expiry or a recall

A nightly check warns before lots expire and quarantines what has. A recall notice is matched to the lots on hand and held back from use with one click. Fridge sensors raise an alert the moment a range is breached.

Simple at the point of use

A nurse scans the item, or photographs it when the barcode is gone, says how many, and it comes off the shelf they are standing at. Soonest expiry first, with a nudge when an older lot should go first.

From the order to the shelf

Everything between the vendor and the patient is one connected record, so a question about any unit has an answer.

  1. Order in the packs the vendor sells

Suggested orders from reorder points and par levels, approval thresholds where you want them, sent to the vendor by email in their own codes.

  2. Receive by scanning the label

GS1 and HIBC barcodes fill in the product, lot, expiry and serial. Each line says the pack it arrived as and the location it was put.

  3. Move, count and use

Transfers between warehouses and shelves, stocktake counts with a reason, and use recorded against a patient, case or ward. The ledger of movements is never edited.

  4. See what needs attention

Low stock, lots inside the expiry window, open recalls and orders awaiting delivery, on one home page, with emails to the people who need to act.

Built for the way clinics work

Many sites, one view

A group sees every clinic's stock; each clinic sees its own. Users, warehouses, vendors and settings belong to the organisation.

Implants and controlled items

Items that must be traced to a patient cannot be recorded used without a reference. Serial numbers are kept per unit.

Consignment stock

Vendor-owned stock is counted and traced like your own and marked as theirs, so the bill-only invoice reconciles.

Cold chain

Fridges and freezers carry a temperature range. A sensor reading outside it raises an alert and tells your systems by webhook.

Talks to the systems you already have

An API with read and write keys for clinical, procurement and sensor systems, and signed webhooks that say what changed. How the integrations work.

Read

Products, stock on hand grouped any way, lots and their expiry, and the movement ledger.

Write

Record use from a clinical system, book deliveries in from procurement, post sensor readings.

Hear

Low stock, expiring lots, posted deliveries, matched recalls and temperature breaches, signed with your secret.
